OMJ Turns 11!

This is a special month here at OMJ, as it marks our 11-year anniversary! To put it in perspective, when we started in March of 2013, Uber was not yet even available in Charlotte, Panthers quarterback Bryce Young was 11, the Charlotte Hornets were still called the Bobcats, and maybe the craziest of all, Taylor Swift was still just doing country music! It has certainly not been a quick success for us, but rather a bit like 2 steps forward and 1.99 back, small increments that only seem substantial when looking back (especially over 11 years!)

For those that remember, we started online only (shout out to my bonus room as the world headquarters) offering a (very) small selection of t-shirts, polos, ties, button-downs, and leather goods (anyone still have their leather koozie or coasters?). We have certainly come a long way from those early days so I thought it might be fun to share some key accomplishments and stats from the past 11 years.

2 - Opened two brick-and-mortar retail stores
2020 - Survived COVID
10,876 Cups of Coffee, glasses of bourbon, and arguments with Filipe (estimate of course)

While there has certainly been a lot of change over the years, one thing has remained constant... our commitment to our clients and making sure we provide the best service possible. One of my mottos with custom is "We can't guarantee it will arrive perfect (no one can), but we CAN guarantee we will make it perfect" It is a testament that the team has adopted as well. We will go the extra mile, and do whatever we need to do to make sure we make things right for all of our customers (big and small).

We truly appreciate all the love and support you have shown over the past 11 years. We aren't curing cancer over here, but we are providing a need for a lot of undeserved folks and have seen firsthand how dressing your best can create a rare confidence that can also be life-changing. We love what we do and it wouldn't be possible without all you! You supported us when we were in way over our heads and knew nothing, to now when we are one of the best in the country at what we do...and from the bottom of our hearts we want to say THANK YOU!
